When Will I Receive My Order?

 

Since we knit the shirt patterns locally and come to us for authentication first, it typically takes 7 business days for orders to get to our domestic customers. It takes 3-4 days to get to us, 1-2 days to authenticate and 3-4 days to ship to you. International delivery times vary due to customs. As soon as your shirts are authenticated, we'll ship them out to you and send you a link to track your package.

Conditions Of Use

These Purchase Terms apply to all offers and contracts relating to the sale and delivery of Products by us. In other words, you agree to these Purchase Terms, when you order any Product from our Platform.

Our t-shirts are printed in-house, ensuring high quality and attention to detail.

Our products are 100% Egyptian cotton premium quality. All Products shown on the Platform are subject to availability. This means that, although we strive to ensure our Platform reflects the availability of stock,  a Product shown on the Platform may no longer be available for purchase. Minor differences in color and other variations in Products are possible as a result of different image acquisition, display technologies, or other technical reasons. We are not liable for these variations and deviations. No rights can be derived from typing errors, product descriptions, or manifest errors on the Platform.

Refund Policy

All items or services purchased from Qatt are non-refundable unless it has manufacturing defects.

Refunds may take 5-14 business days to appear on your account. This is because the transaction goes through a processing service before your issuer can credit your account. Thank you for your patience, we'll process your refund as quickly as possible

Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please additional days in transit for delivery. Items on backorder will ship as soon as they can. We offer international shipping services through our business accounts with major shipping companies like FedEx and DHL. As per international shipping policies, the delivery time can take anywhere between 6 to 14 days, but we will ship your product as soon as possible after the stitching process, which typically takes about a week. Additionally, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can keep an eye on your parcel during transit.
